Over 80 million individuals grapple with challenges like addiction, depression, and anxiety. Even if you’re not battling these directly, chances are you’re supporting someone who is (lifedoctor.guru). In honor of mental health awareness month, Dr. Natacha Nelson will be joining us at ITI for an inclusive workshop. During the workshop, Dr. Nelson will teach us how to interpret the language of our bodies and how to use our feelings to our advantage.
